My story
In my 20's I started to hear doctors diagnose me with different conditions, poly-cystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, dermatitis, depression, a head tumor and anxiety.
​
There was a time I was on 7 different medications a day. I had pain all over my body, severe migraines, I felt restless, sad, and exhausted from the destructive thoughts of my mind.
While going through this challenging cycle, the suicide of a family member made a turning point in my life that required me to use all my faith to believe in my recovery.
I committed to healing through yoga, alternative medicine, and self-compassion. Started by prioritizing myself, cultivating new habits, and acknowledging the effect that untreated wounds and unconscious patterns had in the quality of my life and relationships.

As I regulated my system, and honored my feelings, layers of liming beliefs started to peeled away, allowing the natural healing process of my body take its course.
​
The last scan showed no tumor. My menstrual cycles, and hormones returned to a state of balance. I was taken off all medications, and regained the joy of living.
These practices continue to nurture my inner connection, and allow me to lead my story, and obstacles with authenticity and courage.
​
I am Costa Rican and I live in the northwest Pacific coast with my family and dogs. I enjoy sunrise and sunset walks, travel and the magic of co-creation.
​
Education
My professional background is in hospitality, sales, management, and technologies working for companies such as Four Seasons Resorts, Hewlett Packard, RE/MAX, World Vision and Microsoft.
These experiences, in addition to my academic studies and journey inspire me to empower others to believe in their dreams and explore beyond their limitations.
​
I am a lifelong learner with 1,000 hours of training through Multi Style Yoga International in Personal Development, Ayurveda, Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Gentle, Yin, Nidra, and Restorative yoga, formal studies in Psychology, I am a certified Women's Circle Facilitator and Energy Healing Therapist.

My approach considers the unique abilities of each individual, and how enhancing our inner connection contributes to well-being, reflecting an immediate effect on the planet and collective evolution.
